Good weather this morning. The fog that I had last night had cleared and the weather was bright and clear. I changed oil and filter for the 3rd time in 15 days this morning. Had lunch at the Ponderosa today for lunch and was surprised at how much food they give you for $12.00. I haven't eaten there in years. Headed west towards Lake Erie and then into Ohio, where part of the highway was the smoothest that I would find on the entire trip. Also hit some road construction so I have to guess that Ohio spends a lot of money on road maintenance.

I met Todd in Cleveland at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. We had talked before but had never met in person. Cleveland was really a lot nicer than I had imagined it to be. I parked right in front of the Brown's sports stadium (which is within walking distance of the R&R Hall of Fame) and got my camera out, but wouldn't you know it. What a time for camera failure. A short circuit had drained the batteries so I couldn't get any pictures. Later, Todd bought dinner at Hornblower's where we ate outside and had a terrific view of the harbor. Just an incredible view. I could have burned up a memory card there alone, but alas it was not to be. Luckily I had a spare camera and just needed to recharge the batteries for the rest of the trip. It was fun to visit with Todd but I had plans to stay in Ann Arbor, MI so off I went and arrived at the motel at 11:00 PM
